Purchase authorisation, hosting, email and knit parcel can rely on independent providers with their own technical limits. VELRINOX remains responsible for its obligations but cannot control every bank, network or carrier event.

Terms may be updated prospectively as knitwear, sweaters, tunics and layered tops built around texture or store operations change. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue; mandatory consumer rights are not removed.

A purchaser must provide accurate contact, knit parcel and purchase authorisation knit-order details and use a purchase authorisation method they are authorised to use. Questions involving knit gauge, stretch, layering ease, fibre care and snag prevention should be raised before submission.

Checkout submission is an offer to buy. VELRINOX accepts only after successful purchase authorisation confirmation and an knitwear order record; obvious listing errors, unavailable stock, knit parcel restrictions or suspected fraud can require rejection or cancellation and an appropriate account credit.

This knit studio notebook describes knitwear, sweaters, tunics and layered tops built around texture. Knitted piece images, prices, options and availability belong to the specific listing; copying fibre descriptions or claiming an unstated composition is not authorised.

Only purchase authorisation methods displayed for the current basket and destination can be selected. The operations partner may request authorisation or authentication, but an unfinished challenge, temporary hold or failed attempt is not an accepted VELRINOX knitwear order.

Once VELRINOX approves and submits a account credit to the original purchase authorisation method, banks and purchase authorisation providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Knit studio cannot redirect that account credit to a different card, account or person.

VELRINOX counts 30 calendar days from recorded knit parcel for an eligible knitwear assessment request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.

When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the VELRINOX wearer arranges and pays tracked knitwear assessment shipping. The parcel remains the VELRINOX wearer's responsibility until the authorised knitwear assessment point receives it.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, VELRINOX provides or pays for the reasonable knitwear assessment route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.

VELRINOX sets aside 1–3 business days after accepting an knitwear order to fold knitwear flat and position buttons away from neighbouring fabric. This preparation period finishes before carrier transit begins; weekends, public holidays, purchase authorisation review and unresolved address questions can move the handover date.

After the parcel leaves the knit studio notebook, the carrier estimate is 10–20 business days. That window describes travel rather than preparation, and remote service, weather, customs review or a failed knit parcel attempt can extend it.

Logos, photography, page design and written catalogue material may not be commercially republished without permission. In this collection, the specific misuse to avoid is copying fibre descriptions or claiming an unstated composition.

The checkout total on velrinox.com includes applicable taxes and import duties. If knit parcel carries a separate charge, that line is shown before purchase authorisation authorisation rather than being hidden inside a knitted piece price.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent knit-order details, introduce malicious code or burden the service with automated requests.
